Rebuilt the information architecture around the live-drive moment: break planning, on-air scripting, and real-time donation tracking in one continuous flow.
Introduced a clean, modern design system so distributed station teams — on site or working remotely — stay on the same page.
Reworked reporting so stations can read drive performance and member growth without exporting spreadsheets.
