Challenge

Prompli helps public radio and TV stations plan and run on-air pledge drives — but the original product had grown feature-by-feature, and the interface no longer matched how station teams actually work during a live drive.

Approach

  1. Rebuilt the information architecture around the live-drive moment: break planning, on-air scripting, and real-time donation tracking in one continuous flow.

  2. Introduced a clean, modern design system so distributed station teams — on site or working remotely — stay on the same page.

  3. Reworked reporting so stations can read drive performance and member growth without exporting spreadsheets.
