Not really. We bill around committed senior capacity over time, which means we are aligned to your product momentum instead of a fixed scope written too early.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. That is often the best fit. We can plug into your roadmap, help unblock delivery, and take ownership of pieces without pretending we need to replace everyone around us.

Do we need a complete spec before we talk?

No. Bring the version of the problem you actually have today. If the backlog is messy or the scope is still moving, that is normal. We can help shape the first sensible slice.

How do you use AI in delivery?

As an internal helper for analysis, drafting, and speed where appropriate. A human still owns the architecture, the code, the reviews, and the decisions that affect your product.

What if we need to pause or resize the engagement?

Talk to us early. Allocation models work best when both sides are honest about runway and priorities. We would rather resize cleanly than drag a project into zombie mode.
